Phòng rất rộng và thoải mái, home còn rất mới, đầy đủ tiện nghi mình rất ưng ý * nhưng do chủ nhà có em bé chơi ở dưới nên sẽ hơi ồn xíu nhưng 10 giờ đêm là bé đi ngủ rồi nên ok :))

Had to get off the sleeper bus from Ha Giang to Hanoi because we got sick. Contacted the Alala staff shortly before midnight, they answered super fast and helped us with a taxi driver to get to the hotel. Customer service is a 10/10. Room is nice. They even offered to prepare medicine and arranged our taxi ride to Hanoi the next day! Thank you!!!

I recommend this place to everyone. The place is so clean and cozy. The owner is very hospitable. It is near the city center. Restaurants are near as well (walking distance). There is also an elevator so it is easier to go up and down. The place is quiet, which is good for relaxing.

Great stay! Room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfy. Place was really clean and easy to locate. Host was very responsive to messages. The AC was a bit tricky to operate but the host was kind enough to assist us and teach us how to use it. Overall good experience, would recommend!

The centrally located apartment features very modern furnishings. The host is very friendly and you feel right at home!
